Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders are normally shipped 1-2 business days after payment is processed. All orders are shipped via UPS ground, FEDEX ground, or the USPS at our discretion. If you have a PO box number, then orders are shipped via the USPS. All orders paid for buy credit card must be sent to a verified address. At present we only ship to the USA. Most of our items, but not all, can be shipped to APO's and FPO's. Please email us to inquire if an items can be shipped to an APO or FPO address.
Returns
All merchandise comes with a 30 day warranty, most also come with a manufacture warranty. To obtain a RETURN ORDER AUTHORIZATION (ROA), you must email us within 15 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. Returns must be sent pre-paid. All returns must be in there original box, with all documentation included.
